Version of 1 October 2026.
1. What these terms cover
Playkeeper Cloud is run by CIYA TECHNOLOGIES LTD, Pyrrou 11, 4105 Limassol, Cyprus ("Playkeeper", "we"). It runs Minecraft servers for businesses that sell hosting on Whop and connect our app ("sellers", "you"). These terms cover you as a seller. Your customers' use is covered by your own terms with them, and by Whop's.
2. What we do, and what you do
- We run your customers' servers on our machines, keep their backups, and send them their messages, such as "your server is ready", in your Whop chat.
- You sell the plans on your Whop store and set their prices. You're the merchant: payments, refunds, chargebacks and taxes on your sales are yours, under Whop's terms.
- You answer your customers. Their questions go to you, in your Whop chat. We answer you (section 12).
3. Our fee
- $8.50 a month for each 4 GB of server memory a plan allows, so $17 for 8 GB. It's on every payment, renewals included.
- Whop pays it to our Whop account, siyabuilt, as a revenue share, taken from the full price before Whop's fees. Whop shows it as a percentage of your price. We change the percentage whenever your price changes, so it always comes to $8.50 per 4 GB.
- Your price is at least $12 a month for each 4 GB. Plans renew monthly, in US dollars, with no free trial.
- No discount code may take a price under $12 a month for each 4 GB.
- A customer's server starts only once their payment carried our share.
- We give you 30 days' notice before changing our fee. The new fee applies to payments after that.
4. Keeping our share in place
- Open the store sets our share on each of your hosting products. Our app then keeps it matching your prices.
- If our share is removed or lowered, your store stops selling at once, and your page says it needs a look. Customers who already have servers keep them.
- If it stays that way for 3 days, or our app's access stays removed for 7 days, your store has left Playkeeper Cloud (section 7).
5. What your customers may run
- Minecraft servers, within their plan's memory, disk and processor share.
- Not: anything illegal where they, you or we are; attacks on others, such as floods of traffic, scanning or spam; cryptocurrency mining; malware; or sexual content involving minors.
- You're answerable for how your customers use their servers. Put these rules in your own terms with them.
6. Suspending
- We may suspend a customer, or your whole store, to stop abuse, to protect others or our machines, when the law requires it, or when our share isn't paid. Your page says so, and you can ask us why.
- A suspended customer's servers stop, and they can't sign in.
- A suspended store sells nothing, and its customers' servers stop until we lift the suspension.
7. Leaving
- You can leave at any time, by removing our app or our share from your business on Whop.
- When your store leaves, it stops selling, and each customer's plan ends: their servers stop and a final backup is taken; 14 days later, the servers are deleted; the final backup is kept 30 more days. We tell each customer in your Whop chat while we still can.
- If you come back by opening our page in your Whop dashboard again, your store comes back closed until you open it.
- We may stop offering Playkeeper Cloud to you with 30 days' notice, or at once for serious abuse.
8. Your customers' data
- We keep what running their servers needs: their Whop user and username, their plan, their servers and backups, and the messages we send them.
- You see your customers' usernames, plans and status, and your earnings, on your page inside Whop.
- No other seller sees your customers, and you don't see theirs.
9. Handling your customers' data for you
You decide how your customers' data is used, and we handle it for you, as your processor under the GDPR:
- We use it only to run your customers' servers and as these terms describe, unless the law requires otherwise. Only people who need it to run the service can reach it, and they keep it confidential.
- We keep it safe as our privacy policy describes.
- We use Hetzner for our machines, in the EU, Whop for sign-in and your customers' messages, and Discord for our alerts. We tell you 30 days before adding another, and you can leave if you object (section 7).
- We help you answer your customers' requests to see, correct or delete their data, and pass on any request that reaches us.
- We tell you without undue delay if their data is breached.
- When your store leaves, their data is deleted as section 7 says. We give you what you need to show these promises are kept.
10. What we don't promise
- We work to keep servers running and backed up, but we don't promise they're never interrupted.
- Our liability is limited to what your store paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
11. Changes to these terms
We tell you on your page inside Whop 30 days before new terms apply. Once they apply, selling through Playkeeper Cloud means you accept them.
12. Questions and notices
- Your customers: ask you, in your Whop chat.
- You: ask us in the #sellers channel of the Playkeeper Discord.
- Legal notices: write to me@siya.digital.
13. The law that applies
The law of Cyprus applies to these terms.
