Are these tools free?
Yes, with no account and no limits. Playkeeper makes them for the people who run Minecraft servers, and its dashboard is free and open source too.
Do my pictures and settings get uploaded?
No. Each tool works on the page, in your browser: a picture you open or a file you make never leaves your computer until you save it.
Do they work for Bedrock servers?
Mostly they're for Java Edition servers, which is what Playkeeper runs. Each tool says where Bedrock differs.
Can Playkeeper do these for me?
Much of it: a server's icon and list message are in its Settings, it picks memory and starts every server with Aikar's flags, and its Files tab edits server.properties.
